The Maltese National Championships have once again come to an end with great results for the local Xray Team who certainly showed some excellent potential.

The Super Stock National Championship was decided on the last round, with Mario Farrugia taking top honors driving his T1FK'05 and Henry Portelli just missing out on the 2nd overall position finishing in a well deserved 3rd place also driving his T1FK'05. Both drivers showed brilliant driving capabilities and sportsmanship off and on the track. They both started the season with their T1FK'04 and soon after replacing them with the newly developed T1FK'05. Mario and Henry will form part of the modified class next season strengthening the Xray team with more knowledge and expertise.

The Modified National Championship was once again closely fought, involving both Xray drivers Karl Fenech and Gustav Cuschieri. Gustav and Karl finished 2nd and 3rd respectively over all, managing the most wins in the last couple of rounds which certainly shows that they have gained experience as regards to motor preparation and chassis setup. Both off them are surely in a great position to challenge for next season's top spot in this class.
DHI Racing Malta would also like to welcome aboard another 4 new team members who would be driving their T1FK'05 in the Stock as well as the Super Stock Classes next season. These are Melchior Vassallo and Chris Curmi in the Stock Class as well as Bruce Debattista and Louis Pace in the Super Stock Class.
